Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to coordinate care and promote a positive patient experience.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, utilizing your skills and knowledge to provide timely and appropriate care.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate leadership skills and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient care goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Education: Current RN licensure and a degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
