We are seeking a skilled Parkhurst Cook to join our team at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group. As a Parkhurst Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with Parkhurst recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the batch cooking method.
  • Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other associates and complete daily production sheets.
  • Follow all HACCP guidelines in utilizing leftovers and follow cleaning schedule as provided by management.
  • Assist fellow team members at every opportunity and perform any other duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
