OB/GYN Physician Job Opportunity

Korzen Health is seeking a skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our medical team in a hospital-based setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Highlights of the Opportunity
  • Hospital Setting: Our hospital is a local, not-for-profit, standalone facility with a strong reputation for providing excellent patient care.
  • Employment Type: This is a hospital group-employed position with a competitive base salary, quality bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Call Schedule: You will be required to take hospital call 2 times a month and some clinic call, with a full-time laborist team in place to support you.
  • Practice Opportunities: You will have the ability to perform planned OB cases, GYN procedures, and build your practice within a hospital medical foundation group.
  • Referral Pattern: Our large primary care group will provide a high referral pattern, allowing you to establish a strong patient base.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Base Salary: $350-400K per year
  • RVU Bonus/Quality Bonus: Potential for 7,000K+ RVU in the market
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare benefits, 5K CME stipend, 7% 401K match, and 20 days PTO + all major holidays
