The estimated salary for this position is $45.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses based on performance and commission pay on services rendered.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aesthetic Lash Artist. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for greeting clients, processing transactions, and assisting service partners when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in lash applications, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume techniques. Proficiency in making hand fans is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and adhere to all front desk operations protocols.
• Proficiently handle front desk duties, including greeting clients and processing transactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in lash applications, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume techniques.
• Follow all esthetic operations protocols effectively.

To excel in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lash applications.
• Proficiency in making hand fans.
• Cosmetology or Esthetician License (Required).
