Bizzell Group is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to support our HR Manager in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and coordinate with internal and external sources to determine applicant eligibility.
- Conduct thorough searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, and online resources.
- Maintain accurate files of employment applications and resumes.
- Evaluate work history, education, and job skills to assess applicant qualifications.
- Administer pre-employment tests and conduct background checks.
- Process new-hire paperwork and ensure employee files are up-to-date.
Requirements
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
