Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock and arrange merchandise on sales floor and in stockroom, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, adhering to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor and stockroom goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
