Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Expert to support our team in Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration and be able to work collaboratively with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

This role is focused on integrating new technologies into our client's existing systems, including NEC PBX and Cisco TelePresence. The successful candidate will have experience with system integration and be able to design, implement, manage, and support these systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration: Collaborate with the security team to harden systems and integrate new technologies.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience supporting systems and/or devices.
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core, Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
