As a Customer Operations Specialist I, you will join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the Food Service sector.
You will act as a problem-solving expert, collaborating with various cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, address, and resolve customer delivery concerns or special requests.
Process customer credits through thorough research.
Utilize multiple systems to provide internal and external customers with updates on their delivery status and communicate proactively about any delays. Provide Level II support for complex inquiries that require additional detail beyond Level I.
Investigate and respond to unassigned leads.
Handle incoming phone calls, email inquiries (cases), and SMS inquiries from both internal and external customers to assist in resolving issues and outlining next steps as necessary.
Provide backup for order entry and management as required, responding to requests from internal and external customers via phone, email, or SMS.
Manage cases in Salesforce to research, respond to, and close inquiries from internal and external customers.Investigate and respond to document requests, including invoices and other miscellaneous inquiries.
Duties may vary daily or weekly, including email communications, Inbox Management, and handling transactions and requests from internal and external customers.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of the department, which may include weekends and holidays, are required.
