Brock & Company, Inc. is a leading provider of contract food management services to corporations and private schools. We're seeking a skilled Station Chef to join our team.

As a Station Chef, you'll be responsible for producing, preparing, and serving high-quality food to our clients. You'll work closely with our Chef Manager to develop and implement daily menus, ensuring that our food programs are dynamic and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items.
  • Comprehend and follow recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Set up and break down kitchen stations, ensuring that equipment and food are properly stored and maintained.
  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to our clients and colleagues.
