Job Description

The Intermediate Digital Analyst will be part of a large digital analytics team within the digital marketing division of a major financial institution based in Minneapolis, MN. This role will support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis, and omni-channel measurement for assigned lines of business. The successful candidate will manage large data sets, providing information-based decision logic and translating modeling/analytic output into understandable/actionable business knowledge, insight, and applications. Daily activities may include producing business strategic results dashboards and creating ad-hoc reports for websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and online search initiatives. Strong technical/problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this position. As part of a highly collaborative environment, this person may support multiple projects at one time.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in highly technical web and/or mobile data analytics
  • Minimum 2 years working with a data lake environment
  • Strong prior Adobe analytics experience
  • Experience with data storytelling and providing actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent business acumen, marketing team experience preferred
  • Customer analytics tool experience, such as Qualtrics
  • Prior SQL, Snowflake, or Fivetran experience
  • Analytic tooling experience with Alteryx or DataIKU
  • PowerBI or Tableau data visualization software experience
  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar field
