Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Boston Children's Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with physical dysfunction, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement discharge plans and home treatment programs to support patients' continued progress
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active state of MA OT license
  • Three plus years of Pediatric and Hand Therapy experience preferred
