Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and educating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication and swallowing techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- California Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Home Health experience as a Speech Pathologist
