Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for our geriatric residents. Your expertise in critical thinking, communication, and time management will enable you to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess the basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in the state of employment
- IV certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
