We are seeking a skilled Social Pedagogue to join our team at Nebula Ventures. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual sessions with core group patients, providing emotional support and guidance.
• Offer a weekly consultation hour for patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Work with relatives of our patients, planning family days and providing support.
• Assist with the organization of our summer festivals, promoting a sense of community.
• Maintain contact with social services, nursing services, and authorities, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Develop concepts for aftercare and support services, enhancing patient outcomes.
