We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually gifted Associate Rector to join our vibrant parish in the Anglican Church in North America. As a key member of our clergy team, you will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual growth and development of our congregation.

1. Leadership and Ministry
   • Provide spiritual guidance and support to our congregation, particularly in the areas of adult formation, pastoral care, and missions.
   • Develop and implement effective ministry strategies to engage and empower our members.
2. Teaching and Preaching
   • Deliver inspiring and biblically grounded sermons and teachings to our congregation.
   • Develop and lead educational programs for adults, youth, and children.
3. Community Engagement
   • Build relationships with local community leaders and organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
   • Develop and implement outreach programs to serve the needs of our community.
4. Collaboration and Communication
   • Work closely with our Rector, staff, and vestry to achieve our parish's mission and goals.
   • Communicate effectively with our congregation, staff, and community through various channels.

• Master's degree in Divinity or related field.
• Experience in ministry leadership and spiritual care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
