Expeditionary Geospatial Analyst

Job Summary

Woolpert is seeking a skilled Expeditionary Geospatial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our geospatial team, you will be responsible for delivering trusted geospatial engineering data, maps, and services to support the United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) GeoBase program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute geospatial solutions for the DAF GeoBase program
• Maintain and manage enterprise GIS data in accordance with DAF and Department of Defense (DoD) standards
• Coordinate with headquarters-level GeoBase leadership at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) to perform enterprise updates for multiple overseas US military installations
• Support Air Forces Central Command (AFCENT) Expeditionary GeoBase mission requirements, coordinating with GeoBase Service Desk managers working in an Agile project management environment

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• Two to four years of geospatial experience
• Active Secret (or higher) security clearance
• Current DoD Common Access Card (CAC) holder
• Prior US military service, preferably with deployment experience working in geospatial, engineering, or survey career fields
• Extensive knowledge of Esri ArcGIS software and capabilities

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with the Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE) GIS data standard or other defined spatial data model
• Proficiency with Esri ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, or ArcGIS Enterprise
• Proficiency using ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension
• Proficiency in processing and using geospatial imagery and LiDAR data
