Job OverviewAt Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

As an Occupational Therapist with Metro, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one treatment to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning
• Customize splint fabrication for patients as needed
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NY Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
