Join Our Team as a Graduate Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred
