Job Description

The Automation Controls Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of vendors, internal testing, and customer relations for Industrial projects. This position requires a strong leader with a background in mechanical service and industrial electrical controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all automation and controls requirements are met for the assigned job location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage operations to ensure completion of contracts within time and cost limits.
  • Lead teams to achieve gross profit objectives while meeting contractual commitments.
  • Develop and grow long-term business relationships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in controls and industrial automation.
  • At least 3-5 years' previous management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical automation equipment and controls.
