Registered Nurse Supervisor-2nd Shift Job Summary

PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supervising a team of nurses to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to nurses to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and nursing staff performance.
Requirements
  • Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
