Job Description

This is a part-time position available on the Dale Mabry campus as a STEM tutor in the Dale Mabry Academic Success Center.

The successful candidate will provide academic support to students enrolled in applicable HCC Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Math courses through one-on-one tutoring, planning and conducting workshops, generating handouts and other materials, and other tasks as assigned by the Coordinator.

This position primarily involves working in-person in the Dale Mabry Academic Success Center with the potential to work remotely from home to a very limited extent.

Requirements
  • At least an Associate's Degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours)
  • At least two years of prior-related work experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education
