Key Responsibilities

  • Collection and Recovery: Call past-due tenants, following company collection processes to ensure timely payment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily checklist tasks, including opening and closing procedures, lock checks, and report analysis.
  • Merchandising and Marketing: Ensure proper merchandising standards, including the display of store merchandise and Tenant Property Protection.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales-oriented position.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in an office and storage facility environment, with regular business hours Monday to Saturday, including weekends and holidays as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for general property upkeep, indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
