Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Mount Alverna in Parma, OH. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work alongside our Rehab Team to provide high-quality care and support to patients in Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing.
Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients utilizing a full range of modalities.
- Collaborate with the Rehab Team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct education and oxygen conservation techniques to patients and families.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) with National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials.
- Valid registered license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
