This position reports directly to the Operations Manager - Housekeeping.

Role Summary
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring that all guest accommodations are impeccably maintained and stocked according to our established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and other designated areas as per our quality standards.
- Ensure all areas are stocked and organized, including housekeeping closets and carts, while keeping inventory records current.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of back-of-house supply areas.
- Achieve cleanliness levels that meet or exceed specified inspection criteria.
- Respond to guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism, escalating any concerns to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Exhibit professionalism in both appearance and demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities.
- Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and bending.
- Ability to work collaboratively to address challenges.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment is advantageous.
- Reliability and a strong sense of ownership regarding housekeeping responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift, including lifting and moving objects exceeding 50 lbs.
