Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled construction worker to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Delaware. As a Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in a variety of building and construction projects.

About the Job:
  • This is a full-time position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to work independently or as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of the construction site
  • Completion of previous projects or receiving new project instructions
  • Consultation with team leaders and managers on construction plans
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Providing assistance to contractors as needed
Benefits:

Requirements:
  • A high school degree or equivalent educational experience
  • Two years of previous experience in construction

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
