Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment within an Agile framework.
- Ensuring software maintenance and upgrades post-deployment in a cloud-based environment.
- Managing the comprehensive lifecycle for software and application production.
- Facilitating automated testing and providing constructive feedback to team leadership throughout the development cycle.
- Adjusting and evaluating modifications to existing programs.
- Supporting both DevOps initiatives and the development of new features.
- Documenting and maintaining software functionalities.
- Diagnosing, debugging, and enhancing current systems.
- Writing clean, well-structured, and testable code.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Git version control.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Familiarity with Jenkins.
- Knowledge of React.
- Understanding of microservice architecture.
- Experience in a SaFe Agile development environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Educational Background and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer, with at least 3 years in test-driven development.
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
