Senior Therapist

Frasier Ltd. is a leading provider of rehabilitative and residential support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and those transitioning to adulthood in Fargo and West Fargo. We foster independence through teaching basic skills in home and apartment settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead treatment planning utilizing team approach and cognitive behavioral analysis.
- Design training programs and monitor progress ensuring adherence to quality standards and Title XIV regulations.
- Conduct observations in individual and group settings to inform intervention plans.
- Implement Positive Behavioral Supports and maintain ND licensure for the role.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide evidence of continuous progress.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing behavioral support plans under supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to instruct individuals on personal care needs.
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for advancement.
