Job Title: Traveling Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Traveling Cardiac Sonographer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, while also developing your skills and expertise in cardiac ultrasound imaging.

Job Summary:

The Traveling Cardiac Sonographer will be responsible for conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations, interpreting images, and providing high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds
  • Interpret images and provide high-quality patient care
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program
  • National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • State licensure (if required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in cardiac ultrasound imaging
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
