Youth Ministry Leader

At Grace Point Church, we strive to create a community of disciple-makers who impact Northwest Arkansas and the world. Our Student Pastor role is crucial in achieving this vision.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for guiding students (grades 7-12) on their spiritual journeys, fostering a culture of discipleship, and collaborating with our Family Discipleship Team to equip families for holistic growth.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with students and parents through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spiritual Growth and Development: Encourage students to deepen their understanding of Christ and Christian values, promoting spiritual maturity.
• Creative Program Design: Innovate and implement engaging programs that resonate with students, facilitating their spiritual growth and development.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the GPS team to create and lead programs, develop volunteer leaders, and build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and local schools.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (Bible school or seminary preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in student ministry (desired)
• A demonstrated walk with Jesus, characterized by humility, passion, and a people-focused approach
• Excellent relational and leadership skills
• A commitment to aligning with GPC's vision of being discipleship-minded

Benefits

• Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience
