Proficiency in litigation is essential, including the ability to draft legal documents, manage discovery processes, and prepare motions. Experience with depositions and administrative hearings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing workplace policies.
- Conducting training sessions for employees on compliance and best practices.
- Providing ongoing legal advice and support to employers on employment-related matters.
Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and exceptional skills in writing, communication, and research.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 annually (based on full-time schedule)
- Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
- Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (including HSA/FSA options), short-term and long-term disability coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation, sick leave, transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
