Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Establish clear expectations and progress, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychological assessment and treatment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and professionals to ensure seamless case progress.
- Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field, with a current license to practice psychology in the state of Louisiana.
- Experience: Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities, behavioral problems, and psychological disorders.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of special education curriculum, applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and research.
- Independence: Work autonomously to complete high-quality services in a timely manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively and respectfully with all members of the Emerge Center team.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client records in accordance with Emerge Center policy and licensure requirements.
- Professionalism: Behave in a professional manner with staff, clients, and client family members.
