ESP Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance our established Land Development division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design progression, manage contract documentation, and prepare cost estimates.
- Engage in client relations, supervise staff, and mentor junior engineers.
- Coordinate permitting submissions with relevant authorities.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer License (Texas preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering design and project oversight.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting with competing priorities.
- Solid foundation in land development, site planning, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
- Familiarity with regulatory codes and technical specifications.
- Experience in developing construction details and adhering to QA/QC standards.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience presenting to boards or councils is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check, with a clean driving record per company policy.
