  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and business operations.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage complex, multi-regional projects involving numerous stakeholders.
  • Experience in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including system design, configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Expertise in data migration and management, with proficiency in handling ERP modules.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and project management tools/methodologies.

Change Management Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing change management strategies.
  • Ability to influence and align regional business and IT leaders to endorse ERP implementation.
  • Strong training and development capabilities to prepare teams for new processes and systems.
  • Expertise in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
