We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our retail fuel station team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling facilities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the fueling area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels of fuel and related products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Operate fuel pumps and other equipment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
As a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
