As a Senior Management Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions for various projects within our Technology clientele. Your role will involve providing consultation on technology and product fitment, defining project scope and workload, leading Proof of Concept developments, and supporting the identification and pursuit of new opportunities while promoting the Infosys brand. You will collaborate with some of the industry's brightest minds to design and implement innovative, high-quality solutions, while also leading and participating in sales initiatives focused on addressing our clients' business requirements. Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience serving clients in the Hi-Tech sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer expectations and delivering transformative programs within the Technology domain.
  • Proficient in key areas of Technology operations, including XAAS, CPQ, Digital Supply Chain, New Product Introduction, and Customer Service & Support.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and the HyperScaler cloud ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with one or more Enterprise Platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow.
  • Proven capabilities in program management, encompassing strategy development, execution, communication, and presentation skills tailored for diverse industry audiences, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop business cases, system use cases, and conduct As-Is and To-Be process analyses.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and perspectives on industry challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital.
  • A collaborative team player, willing to assist project teams with any functional challenges that may arise.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%, based on client needs.

  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from one of the designated Infosys hub offices or be open to relocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, or managing customer management platforms.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing operations or analyzing and implementing process optimizations.
  • Desire to work in a consulting environment that involves regular travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate assessment workshops and collaborate with Enterprise architects in designing strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience working with large technology firms in North America.
  • An MBA or master's degree in management is considered an asset.
