Compensation: $44,000 - $45,000
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Connecting clients with caregivers to maintain high standards of care.
- Engaging with candidates to evaluate their fit within our company culture through genuine conversations, interviews, and prompt follow-ups.
- Providing constructive feedback to care professionals to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations pertaining to Home Care agencies.
- Conducting retention visits to facilitate smooth transitions and performing thorough assessments to understand clients' specific needs.
- Supporting our diverse clientele and care staff with empathy and respect.
- Maintaining and auditing client and care professional files on an ongoing basis.
- Participating in on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule.

- An Associate degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in the home care sector, human resources, human services, or a similar field (or a strong desire to assist others).
- The ability to meet all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and valid car insurance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to being a culture ambassador and a desire to grow with the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
