Detailed Job Description

As a Pet Groomer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bathing and Trimming: Bathe and dry coat, trim nails, clean ears, detangle hair, and ensure the overall appearance of pets is exceptional.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to strict sanitary procedures and ensure the safety of dogs at all times.
  • Communication and Client Service: Communicate effectively and compassionately with pet owners, building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a dog grooming technician or similar role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Anxiety Handling: Comfortable working with anxious animals, demonstrating patience and empathy when dealing with fearful or aggressive pets.
