Position Summary

The Membership Concierge is a vital role at Life Time Fitness, where you will deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a key part in ensuring everyone who visits our clubs feels welcome and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a dynamic and healthy work environment while building meaningful relationships with members and guests, helping them achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests.
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset, creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
  • Assist members with transactions and general account changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
  • Commitment to serving others.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
