Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist PRN to join our team at Eagle Care LLC. The successful candidate will implement speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with speech-language pathology principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
  • Develop discharge plans and contribute to case management.
  • Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with center staff, clients, and their families/caregivers.
  • Deliver services in all ASC Therapies and Wellness Settings.

Requirements:

Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide services in a variety of settings.
