Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Staff

Leidos QTC Health Services is the nation's largest provider of disability and occupational health examination services. We are passionate about our country's veterans and service members, united as a team and inspired to make a difference.

As a Nurse Practitioner with Leidos QTC Health Services, you will play a vital role in the continued care of these men and women. You will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations, including reviewing medical history and associated records, interpreting clinical data, and completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions.

The examinations may be completed in-person, in the examinee's home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth platforms. You will be traveling up to 30% to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members in multiple locations throughout the country. All travel expenses are covered, and a per diem will be received.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical examinations for Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor lines of business
  • Perform occupational health exams, including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals
  • Conduct generalist approach to multi-system disability evaluations, including evaluations of conditions specific to the military operational environment
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
  • Provide primary medical evaluations, including initial review of laboratory, pulmonary function, and ECG studies

Leidos QTC Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$170,000, based on years of experience and education, with a potential annual bonus up to 30%. Employees also receive an annual merit increase and benefits upon first day of hire.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch from 12:00-1:00pm. Location: MT. Vernon, WA Clinic, 205 W. Stewart Rd., Ste. 103, Mt. Vernon, WA 98273. Onboarding/training: 3 weeks. Travel: up to 30% national travel. Benefits: paid licensing in 12 additional states and CME costs.
