HSE Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to join our team at Nature's Bakery. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards
• Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Developing and implementing effective training programs to educate employees on safety procedures
• Collaborating with management and employees to identify and address safety concerns

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
