AITHERAS LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in all IT project executions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing quality assurance initiatives and driving enhancement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute quality control practices to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, protocols, and procedures within a large-scale IT environment.
- Establish and uphold a systematic approach for assessing software and related documentation.
- Facilitate both formal and informal evaluations at key stages throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management fields.
- Proven experience in quality control management for IT projects, ideally within government or Department of Defense programs.
- Capability to collaborate with project teams to guarantee that quality benchmarks are achieved and sustained.
- Experience in creating and applying quality assurance metrics aimed at enhancing IT project performance.
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
