Job Summary

The Senior Appointment Setter Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads daily via phone and text to discuss their investment goals and interests
• Engage in conversations with potential clients to assess their suitability for our services
• Use a proven script to qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A stable work history with a minimum of 2+ years of recent phone experience (e.g., Customer Service, Phone Surveys, Collections)
• Experience with 30+ phone conversations per day and 5+ hours of daily phone time
• Strong performance metrics and KPI management skills
• Proficiency in CRM data entry and pipeline management
• An extroverted personality with confidence on the phone and a coachable attitude

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $50,000 plus up to $25,000 in bonus potential.
