Position Overview:

As a Neuro Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will deliver specialized physical therapy services to individuals experiencing functional challenges due to various health conditions. Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs in alignment with established clinical guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the patient's age, condition, and discharge requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress towards rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Mentor and guide therapy students and support staff to foster professional development and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and actively participate in initiatives to enhance best practices.
  • Engage in departmental and organizational activities that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fundamental knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in patient assessment and treatment planning.
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients and families, considering their diverse backgrounds.
  • Competence in using computer applications, with a preference for Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to provide patient care.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for working with a diverse patient population.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
  • Proactive in anticipating challenges and devising effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
