**Job Description:** As a highly skilled Electrical Staff Engineer at Floresville Electric Light & Power System, you will be responsible for supporting our FELPS team and providing technical expertise to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities include: assisting daily operations, updating projects, overseeing system improvements, managing finances, directing external relations, reviewing substation events, dealing with customer complaints, providing customer service functions, and advising large residential customers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, preferable a BSEE degree with a Power emphasis. Two to five years in electrical distribution utility industry with progression of assignments including supervisory, management, and leadership positions. Substation knowledge is a plus.

Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience, competitive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
