Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Project Manager to enhance our dynamic Engineering team. This position is perfect for professionals eager to advance their careers while managing a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing project management activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion. Expertise in roadway design, transportation engineering, and proficiency in design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD is essential.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee all phases of construction project planning and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align client needs with organizational goals.
  • Guide technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and amendments with stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members, offering support and direction.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proactively address concerns.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project quality and progress.
  • Manage project budgets and financial strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts among construction personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on roadway design and transportation engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
