HSE Advisor Job Description

At System One, we are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team in Batesburg, SC. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the HSE Management System and Local Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business operations.
  • Investigate and report on HSE incidents, near misses, and accidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
