Experienced Call Center Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our policyholders. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Answer billing questions and make policy changes
- Recommend solutions to customer issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer concerns
Requirements:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
