Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wellness Representative. As the face of our location, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our innovative wellness services.

Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and assist them with our wellness services
- Help clients over the phone and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
- Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
- Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
- Educate clients on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees
- PASSIONATE ABOUT HEALTH AND WELLNESS
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- No issues with working weekends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field (or working towards it)
