Job Description:Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty

We seek an experienced and skilled physician to join our family medicine residency program as a core faculty member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by mentoring and educating residents in a comprehensive family medicine curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a timely and cost-efficient manner to a diverse range of patients.
• Maintain board certification through regular continuing medical education activities and board examinations.
• Develop and maintain a personal panel of patients and provide supervision to resident physicians in outpatient and inpatient clinical settings.
• Participate in night call activities, inpatient rounds, and weekend call duties for the practice and residency.
• Engage in quality assurance projects, maintain hospital privileges, and adhere to all practice policies and procedures.

Resident Education:

• Serve as a role model by precepting and seeing patients of all ages in the Family Medicine Clinic.
• Attend conferences regularly, present lectures throughout the year, and participate in developing and assessing required and elective curriculum design.
• Complete required evaluations of residents in office and hospital settings, assist with recruiting and ranking prospective residents, and participate in scholarly activity projects.

This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and research. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $624,000.00, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
